The PPCP – Production Planning, Programming and Control course trains professionals to understand and apply methodologies that integrate the areas of sales, purchasing and manufacturing. The focus is on aligning production planning and control processes with the demands of an increasingly competitive, globalized and dynamic market.

Throughout the PPCP course, participants study fundamental concepts of demand planning, Master Production Schedule (MPS) development, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and materials resource management (MRP). The main production system models, order loading techniques, shop floor control (SFC and MES), and efficiency indicators are also presented.

Furthermore, the program covers modern practices such as Just in Time (JIT), Kanban, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Manufacturing, and the use of ERP and APS systems to optimize industrial performance. Therefore, the PPCP course offers a comprehensive and applied overview for professionals who wish to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity in industrial operations.

Objectives of the PPCP Course

To empower participants with production and materials planning and control methodologies that integrate sales, production, and purchasing processes , and to understand the importance of PPCP (Production Planning and Control) in meeting the demands of a market characterized by globalization, increased competitiveness, and supply flexibility.

• Production Systems: batch – continuous – made-to-order – to order – for stock
• Manufacturing routings and sizing of production capacity and resources

• Graduated in Business Administration – UNIMEP, Postgraduate degree in Financial Administration and Auditing – INPG, Executive MBA in Business Management – ​​INPG, and Accounting Technician.
• Over thirty years of experience in the areas of Logistics, Purchasing, Production Planning and Control (PPCP), Administration, Controlling, and implementation of Integrated Enterprise Management Systems (ERP), working in large and medium-sized national and multinational companies.
• Business consultant and professor since 2003, he works in the areas of Purchasing, Cost Control, Logistics in Production Planning and Control, Administration and Control of Materials, Distribution and Transportation, and Business Management, and provides consulting services in the acquisition and implementation of ERP software, with knowledge of various software offered on the market.
