HRTech conducts leadership program focusing on team engagement

According to a survey by PageGroup, 80% of professionals resign because they are not happy with the leadership they are submitted to. That said, Talent Academy, HRTech that offers solutions for the Human Resources (HR) and people management segment, announces leadership development programs, focusing on critical skills and guidance by data unique to each company. The project was developed based on the startup technology, which together with the data analysis team, makes it possible to identify the main strengths and weaknesses of leadership in each organization.

The program was developed based on the methodology adopted by HRtech, including the 70-20-10 learning model, which considers the importance of practice and interactions with colleagues and mentors, in addition, of course, formal learning: a combination of really effective actions to prepare leaders to the challenge of managing the most diverse generations in the fast-changing business world.

The Talent Academy program includes a series of steps. Among the main topics covered are self-knowledge, self-leadership and self-management skills (such as self-discipline and coherence), as well as interpersonal and adaptive skills linked to transformative leadership (such as communication and strategy), and other important issues on demand (such as D&I, mental health, ESG, generational conflict, AI and organizational transformation).

The project includes 10 hours of workshops, 5 hours of group mentoring, 3 individual coaching sessions for each leader, certificate of completion and a closing event.In addition, participants will have access to online trails, with practical content and immediate application in the corporate environment. They will also have the advisory support of one or more renowned experts partners in people management, such as Mariana Holland (ex-Ambev and 1st director of mental health of Brazil), Anna Damico (BCG) and Maryana with Y (TEDx speaker), scaled according to the client's need.
