It was in this context that the Brazilian company globalsys officially presented the SatryoA new enterprise artificial intelligence solution that not only analyzes data but also executes actions directly on companies' systems was launched during an event that brought together executives and technology experts.
Satryo's proposal is to change the current logic of AI use in the corporate environment: moving away from a reactive model, based on queries and reports, towards continuous, integrated, and proactive action.
Unlike traditional solutions, which rely on manual queries, Satryo operates connected in real time to the company's systems (such as ERPs, CRMs, and internal databases), interpreting data based on the specific context of each operation.
According to the product presentation, the technology was developed to operate in five main dimensions: real-time integration, understanding the business context, executing actions, continuous monitoring, and data sovereignty.
In practice, this means that AI not only answers questions, but can, for example, adjust processes, trigger operational flows, or alert teams before a problem impacts the business.
“The traditional model still depends on someone looking at the data, interpreting it, and acting. What we are proposing is to eliminate that interval,” stated Beto Yunes, CTIO of Globalsys and responsible for presenting the product.
One of the main bottlenecks: decision time.
One of the central points addressed in the launch was the so-called "decision gap," the time between when the data is generated and the action taken.
According to the analysis presented at the event, this cycle can take up to 72 hours in many companies, going through stages such as report generation, meetings, and validations.
With the use of Satryo, the goal is to reduce this interval to minutes or even seconds, especially in critical scenarios such as identifying financial anomalies, operational failures, stock shortages, and business opportunities.
In initial tests with clients, Globalsys claims that response times have dropped significantly, from hours to minutes in operational decisions.
Real-life example: Braveo already uses the technology.
According to Marcelo Alexandre, Executive Director of Digital and Information Technology at Braveo, the impact is directly linked to the speed and autonomy in decision-making.
“The main change is not just having access to the data, but being able to act on it at the right time. This completely alters the dynamics of the operation,” the executive highlighted.
The application involves the use of AI integrated into the company's systems, enabling continuous monitoring and automated responses in different areas of the business.
Market and trends: from analysis to execution
The launch of Satryo reflects a broader movement in the technology market: the evolution of artificial intelligence from analytical tools to systems that directly impact operations.
This advancement is linked to the increasing complexity of business and the volume of data generated daily, which makes exclusive reliance on manual analysis unfeasible.
In this context, the expectation is that solutions with automated execution capabilities will gain ground, especially in medium and large-sized companies, where the speed of decision-making directly impacts results.
