Another must read book by Stephan SpencerAfter reading Stephan's first book The Art of SEO: Mastering Search Engine Optimization, I waited eagerly for his next book. Stephan is a genius and has the ability to simplify complex concepts for the layman to understand. The case studies in this book are brilliant and give practical examples of what is possible for businesses to increase sales and expand their brand visibility online.

Case Studies Were Awesome.Social eCommerce gives not only high level strategy but down and dirty tactics AND case studies. For me personally, I don't absorb the high level strategy struggle without seeing an example so that there is the case studies really helped me grasp the concepts laid out in this book.
I read a lot of business books and most of the time I walk away feeling like I learned something but not having any specific plan of action to take. This was not one of those books. The authors do not hold anything back and you can literally take notes and develop your social media strategy as you go through the hats. If you're fighting to implement social media into your eCommerce business book!
