O PPCP Course (Planning, Programming and Production Control it enables professionals to understand and apply methodologies that integrate the areas of sales, purchasing and manufacturing. The focus is on aligning the processes of production planning and control to the demands of an increasingly competitive, globalized and dynamic market.

Throughout the PPCP Course, participants study fundamental concepts of demand planning, elaboration of the Master Production Plan (MPS), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and material resource management (MRP). The main models of production systems, order loading techniques, shop floor control (SFC and MES) and efficiency indicators are also presented.

In addition, the program addresses modern practices such as Just in Time (JIT), Kanban, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Manufacturing and the use of ERP and APS systems to optimize industrial performance. Thus, the PPCP course it offers a comprehensive and applied view for professionals who want to improve processes, reduce costs and increase productivity in industrial operations.

Objectives of the PPCP Course

To train participants in production and materials planning and control methodologies, which integrate sales, production and shopping, and understand the importance of PPCP to meet the requirements of a market characterized by globalization, increased competitiveness and flexibility of supply.

Instructor

  • Graduated in Business Administration & Management UNIMEP, Postgraduate in Financial Administration and Audit & INPG, Executive MBA in Business Management & INPG and Accounting Technician.
  • Experience with more than thirty years in the areas of Logistics, Purchasing, PPCP, Administrative, Controlling and implementation of Integrated Business Management Systems & ERP, working in large and medium-sized companies, national and multinational.
  • Business Consultant and Professor since 2003, performs work in the areas of Purchasing, Cost Control, Logistics in PPCP Production Programming, Materials Management and Control, Distribution and Transportation, and Business Management, and provides advice on the acquisition and implementation of ERP software, with knowledge in various software offered in the market.

Schedule: 14h to 18h

Investment: R$ 1350. Special condition for paid registrations until March 25, 2026: R$ 1150. This value includes the course, material and certificate in electronic media.

Modality: Online Broadcast & The course will be broadcast live and students will be able to watch on a computer that has internet access. Students will be able to interact with the instructor, making comments and asking their questions during the course.
