The great challenge of any industrial organization is how to maintain quality, quality, productivity and low cost are essential factors for the competitiveness of the sector. To achieve success in this difficult task, we need the engagement of our employees and the role of the factory floor leader it is essential, therefore, that it is through him that we involve people in the process of continuous improvement.

In this sense the factory floor needs leaders, and not just mere “ people managers with technical and conceptual knowledge.We need to develop leaders with Competences, able to prepare our employees for future challenges.

Objective

Contribute to the training of Leaders who work on the factory floor, leading them to achieve, with their team, the production objectives efficiently and effectively, solving problems at the source, contributing to continuous improvement.

To help in the development of leaders capable of generating engagement of their workers to achieve the objectives and policies of quality.

  • More than 20 years of practical experience in Logistics Chain Management, Transport, Shipping, Stock and Cushions, Materials, Purchasing, Development, Qualification and Approval of Suppliers.
  • Leadership of large teams, with operations in national and multinational companies, in the segments: Transport, Food and Beverage, Timber, Automobile Assembly, Metallurgical Industry, Chemical Industry, Civil Construction, Tractor and Harvester Industry.
  • Professor, Speaker and Consultant since 2008 in the areas of Supply Chain Management (Supply Chain Management), with more than 500 courses taught and more than 3,000 students trained.
  • Business consultant in the areas of Logistics and Purchasing, with results of effective gains in productivity and efficiency in logistics.
