The reinforcement follows the year with the highest total volume of payments (TPV) processed in the history of EBANX, in addition to the announcement of expansion of the operation to five more countries in Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, EBANX TPV grew 48%, reaching the highest volume since its founding 14 years ago. In March, the company inaugurated a headquarters in Singapore aimed at the entire Asia-Pacific region, as well as supporting global merchants. Last week, it announced expansion to Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, expanding operations to seven Asian markets, as well as Latin American and African countries, where it processes payments to more than 500 merchants based in North America, Europe and Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cTo sustain the accelerated growth of EBANX, we are strengthening our executive team with a combination of market expertise and top-notch internal talent.This line of action is part of our philosophy from day one and is essential to operate with a true global ambition\u201d, and is,&nbsp;<\/em>said&nbsp;<strong>Joao Del Valle<\/strong>, co-founder and CEO of EBANX.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kalecser Kurtz<\/strong>&nbsp;he took over as CTO after 10 years at EBANX, where he started as a Software Architect and most recently served as VP of Technology, ensuring the robustness, accuracy and reliability of the EBANX payment platform.&nbsp;<em>\u201cAs CTO, my role is to contribute to the continuity of the technological evolution of EBANX with excellence, ambition and depth.
