Medzi \u010fal\u0161ie relevantn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie patr\u00ed, \u017ee gener\u00e1cia Z je t\u00e1, ktor\u00e1 uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z nich sa stala obe\u0165ou digit\u00e1lnych podvodov.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Len 44 76% respondentov vo veku od 18 do 24 rokov a 45 33% \u013eud\u00ed vo veku od 24 do 29 rokov tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee nikdy neutrpeli ranu. Toto s\u00fa jedin\u00e9 vekov\u00e9 skupiny, v ktor\u00fdch viac ako polovica \u013eud\u00ed tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee sa stali obe\u0165ami (viac ako 60), je 52 38%. Medzi respondentmi je teda po\u010det \u013eud\u00ed v gener\u00e1cii Z trpiacich ranami o 17% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ako medzi baby boomers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gener\u00e1cia Z vo svojej najbe\u017enej\u0161ej defin\u00edcii pozost\u00e1va z \u013eud\u00ed naroden\u00fdch v rokoch 1996 a\u017e 2012 nd, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa teda 11 a\u017e 28 rokov. Braz\u00edlske \u010d\u00edsla odr\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa celosvetov\u00fd trend,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/insights\/industry\/telecommunications\/connectivity-mobile-trends-survey.html#explore\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">podobn\u00fd v\u00fdskum<\/a>&nbsp;v Spojen\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch, ktor\u00e9 dr\u017e\u00ed Deloitte, pouk\u00e1zal na to, \u017ee \u010dlenovia gener\u00e1cie Z utrpeli 3-kr\u00e1t viac r\u00e1n ako \u010dlenovia gener\u00e1cie baby boomu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMnoh\u00fdm to m\u00f4\u017ee znie\u0165 kontraintuit\u00edvne, vr\u00e1tane young\u201d, hovor\u00ed Helder Ferrao, mana\u017e\u00e9r priemyselnej strat\u00e9gie v Akamai LATAM.\u201c Gen Z s\u00fa predsa takzvan\u00ed digit\u00e1lni domorodci, \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed nemali \u017eiadny kontakt s predinternetov\u00fdm svetom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMas\u201d, \u201c veci skon\u010dili zlo\u017eitej\u0161ie ako to: tam bola ned\u00e1vno vlna spr\u00e1v o zamestn\u00e1vatelia s\u0165a\u017euj\u00fa na mlad\u0161\u00edch, \u017ee prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa na trh bez toho, aby poznali z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 pojmy, ako s\u00fa, \u010do s\u00fa s\u00fabory a prie\u010dinky.Vzh\u013eadom k tomu, \u017ee ich sk\u00fasenosti bytia s mobiln\u00fdmi telef\u00f3nmi a tabletmi, ale nie po\u010d\u00edta\u010de.V skuto\u010dnosti tam bol deficit v po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovom vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed, ale mlad\u00ed \u013eudia s\u00fa r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie v u\u010den\u00ed \u201drovnako ako si osvoji\u0165 nov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie, prija\u0165 nov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00edkladom toho je prijatie nov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed najmlad\u0161\u00edmi: 75 52% \u013eud\u00ed vo veku od 18 do 24 rokov tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa Pix na svoje online n\u00e1kupy, \u010do je \u010d\u00edslo, ktor\u00e9 bude postupne klesa\u0165 s vekom, a\u017e k\u00fdm nedosiahne najni\u017e\u0161iu \u00farove\u0148, 47 62%, medzi t\u00fdmi nad 60 rokov.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1to chu\u0165 na inov\u00e1cie kon\u010d\u00ed vystaven\u00edm mlad\u0161\u00edch \u013eud\u00ed podvodom.\u201c \u010co sa naozaj deje je, \u017ee star\u0161ie gener\u00e1cie menej d\u00f4veruj\u00fa mobilom.\u013eudia nad 60 rokov maj\u00fa tendenciu jednoducho nepou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 bankov\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie, preto\u017ee neveria technol\u00f3gii.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAk je podvodn\u00edk, ktor\u00fd sa zameriava na star\u0161ie\u201d, uzatv\u00e1ra Helder, \u201cexistuj\u00fa aj odborn\u00edci na mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Tieto podvody s\u00fa zalo\u017een\u00e9 na datovania aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed, investi\u010dn\u00fdch aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed, aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed z\u00edska\u0165 pr\u00e1cu, Podvodn\u00edci cirkulova\u0165 reklamy pod\u013ea ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdch siet\u00ed mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ako je instagram a tiktok (jedna hodina tieto aplik\u00e1cie a reklamy s\u00fa stiahnut\u00e9 z vysielania, preto\u017ee s\u00fa proti pravidl\u00e1m obchodov s aplik\u00e1ciami, ale potom \u0161koda je vykonan\u00e1.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zvyky spotrebite\u013eov&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naj\u010dastej\u0161ou ranou v akejko\u013evek vekovej skupine bolo kupova\u0165 produkty a nedost\u00e1va\u0165, \u010do dosiahlo jedn\u00e9ho zo \u0161tyroch Braz\u00edl\u010danov a, \u010do je zauj\u00edmav\u00e9, tu sa gener\u00e1cia Z a baby boomers via\u017eu ako najviac zasiahnut\u00ed, pri\u010dom touto situ\u00e1ciou prech\u00e1dza takmer 30%. Druhou naj\u010dastej\u0161ou ranou je ma\u0165 kartu klonovan\u00fa po n\u00e1kupe na webovej str\u00e1nke: 14% Braz\u00edl\u010danov, ale tu sa pohybuje medzi 18 a 24 rokmi lep\u0161ie ako ktor\u00fdko\u013evek in\u00fd: pre\u0161lo t\u00fdm iba 9% oproti 17% t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa viac ako 60.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Okrem bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch ot\u00e1zok priniesol v\u00fdskum Akamai aj nieko\u013eko \u010fal\u0161\u00edch odhalen\u00ed o online spotrebite\u013esk\u00fdch n\u00e1vykoch Braz\u00edl\u010dana. drviv\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina 74% 2 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee nakupuje online aspo\u0148 raz za mesiac, pri\u010dom 6% rob\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148.
