CloudWalk reaches R$7.16 billion in annualized revenue and R$10 million in revenue per employee in 2025

CloudWalk, the technology company that owns InfinitePay in Brazil and JIM.com in the United States, ended 2025 with R$ 5.44 billion in revenue, a 104% jump compared to the previous year, on a neutral exchange rate basis. The company surpassed the R$ 7.16 billion mark in annualized revenue in December of last year, and achieved R$ 10 million in revenue per employee, with a lean team of 720 people. Net income was R$ 602 million in 2025, a 90% increase year-over-year.

Scaling often comes at the cost of speed. CloudWalk scaled and accelerated at the same time.

The definitive milestone came in July 2025, when the company surpassed R$ 5.8 billion in annualized revenue, just six years after earning R$ 11 million with the launch of InfinitePay in Brazil in 2019. This trajectory represents a compound annual growth rate of 186%.

Autonomous AI as an Operational Model

The results come from a different kind of infrastructure. Powered by proprietary language models, pre-trained on its own GPU cluster, a new generation of autonomous AI agents is already independently developing software, approving credit, preventing fraud, closing sales, resolving customer service issues, and creating marketing campaigns, while humans define policies, handle exceptions, and govern risk.

“Every fintech company says it uses AI. We are an AI company that happens to operate in the financial sector,” stated Luis Silva, CEO and founder of CloudWalk. “Our agents don’t assist employees, they execute the work. And now, with JIM.com, they execute the work for our clients as well. That’s how we reached R$7.16 billion in annualized revenue with only 720 people.”

Expansion in the USA: JIM.com

Jim.com , the first product built entirely with an autonomous AI model, was launched in the United States in early 2025. Jim.com solves an urgent problem for micro-entrepreneurs and freelancers: immediate access to their own money.

The app transforms any smartphone into a payment terminal with instant settlement and one of the best fixed rates on the market. Adoption skyrocketed through word of mouth, reaching tens of thousands of merchants in all 50 US states within months.

Jim.com is not just a payments app. It's the first autonomous financial agent that works for the entrepreneur – not the other way around

When a payment is declined, the agent diagnoses and resolves the problem before the merchant even picks up their phone. When cash flow is at risk, the agent acts before the merchant even realizes it. When the entrepreneur needs a website, the agent creates and publishes the page using transaction data.

"There's no dashboard. There's no manual. There's no learning curve. The agent runs the business, and the entrepreneur runs their life," says Silva.

Brazil: Over 6.3 Million Entrepreneurs

In Brazil, InfinitePay jumped from 3 million to 6.3 million active entrepreneurs in 2025 and became the most downloaded finance app on the Brazilian App Store in December. CloudWalk obtained a full credit institution license from the Central Bank, gaining complete autonomy over its credit operations and paving the way for investment products. In August of last year, Fitch Ratings assigned the company its first rating: AA-(bra), with a Positive Outlook.

What's next?

CloudWalk is building what it calls Self-Driving Finance – an autonomous financial system in which AI agents manage payments, credit, settlement, and strategic decisions with minimal human intervention. With operations in the United States and Brazil, and a model that gains efficiency as it scales, the company is positioned for the next phase of global expansion.

“Most companies slow down as they grow. We doubled our revenue with a team of 720 people,” Silva stated. “The model is proven. Now it scales.”
