DHL Supply Chain innovates and helps EasyTech scale its e-commerce business of electronics fivefold

Logistics scalability has become a strategic factor for companies operating in e-commerce. With the goal of expanding its logistics capacity and sustaining the growth of its online sales, EasyTech, a distributor specializing in electronics, partnered with DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in warehousing and distribution, to strengthen its e-commerce operation. Through the DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN), EasyTech was able to rapidly expand its logistics capacity without needing to invest in new, proprietary warehousing and distribution infrastructure. Under this new model, EasyTech's sales jumped from approximately R$100 million in 2024 to approximately R$500 million last year, with projections reaching up to R$1 billion in 2026.

With DFN, EasyTech now has advanced inventory facilities in Extrema (MG), Cajamar (SP), and Brasília (DF). EasyTech's operation at DFN already occupies more than 6,500 square meters of storage space, also encompassing the stages of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders. In addition to fulfillment operations, EasyTech also handles part of its B2C deliveries within the DHL Supply Chain transportation network, expanding the integration between warehousing and distribution.

The brand's portfolio includes cell phones, televisions, coffee machines, and other small electronics sold on major marketplaces and its own online sales channels. The nature of the products demands a high level of operational control, traceability, and security throughout the entire logistics chain.

“Our main challenge was aligning logistics with the rapid growth in sales. EasyTech was growing very quickly, and we needed an operation that could scale with the company, reliably. With DHL's solution, we were able to accelerate our expansion while maintaining operational efficiency and quality in deliveries,” says Felipe Carvalho Querino, CEO and Partner at EasyTech.

With the DHL Fulfillment Network infrastructure, EasyTech began serving new regions of the country and increased its operational agility and responsiveness during peak demand periods, handling more than 20,000 orders per month.

According to Solon Barrios, Vice President of Retail and E-commerce Operations at DHL Supply Chain Brazil“DFN’s operational flexibility allowed us to keep pace with EasyTech’s growth without interruptions. The model was designed to meet the needs of companies that require rapid expansion of their logistics capacity, especially in sectors with strong demand fluctuations, such as e-commerce. The shared structure also allows for adjustments to the logistics plan as the client grows, in a competitive manner.”

The DHL Fulfillment Network model was developed by DHL to serve companies of different sizes that need to expand their e-commerce operations. The shared infrastructure allows growing companies to access DHL Supply Chain's logistics network, warehousing space, technology, systems, and operational expertise without requiring large initial investments and with remuneration based on a "pay-per-use".

“Besides scalability, one of DHL’s biggest differentiators is the level of operational control and the team’s close relationship with our operation. Today we are able to implement projects, operational adjustments, and new operations very quickly,” Querino points out .

Another distinguishing feature of EasyTech's operation is its integration with marketplaces, which require a high level of operational control and strict adherence to shipping deadlines. Meeting cut-off times and delivery deadlines directly impacts sellers' reputation on digital platforms and influences commercial performance.

To meet these demands, DHL utilizes segregated areas, camera monitoring, access control, and traceability processes focused on the security of stored and transported goods. The partnership also includes reverse logistics initiatives, including the reuse of returnable items and the proper disposal of products that cannot be resold.
