Objective of the Inventory Management Course
To review the main economic and financial concepts of inventory, as well as inventory management practices.
To present techniques for demand analysis and material replenishment planning, in order to ensure good service, while simultaneously increasing inventory turnover and reducing storage costs and the loss of inactive or obsolete materials.
To improve the accuracy of material records, and all material movement records, and related information on all materials held in stock.

- Graduated in Business Administration – UNIMEP, Postgraduate degree in Financial Administration and Auditing – INPG, Executive MBA in Business Management – INPG, and Accounting Technician.
- Over thirty years of experience in the areas of Logistics, Purchasing, Production Planning and Control (PPC), Administration, Controlling, and implementation of Integrated Enterprise Management Systems (ERP), working in large and medium-sized national and multinational companies.
- Business consultant and professor since 2003, he works in the areas of Purchasing, Cost Control, Logistics in Control , Administration and Control of Materials, Distribution and Transportation, and Business Management, and provides consulting services in the acquisition and implementation of ERP software, with knowledge of various software offered on the market.
