Absenteeism is a problem that affects all companies, regardless of their size. Therefore, companies with high absenteeism rates may experience a drop in productivity, profitability, and extra costs.
In this context, absence management is an essential tool for the human resources area, providing accurate and strategic information about employee health. Experience shows that few companies have the right tool to manage various cases of absences, reducing or eliminating their causes.
In this course we will study labor and social security legislation, addressing the various types of absences and their causes, presenting best management and monitoring practices with the aim of eliminating or reducing absenteeism rates in companies.
