The warehouse management course presents the fundamentals of warehouse management, enabling professionals to work in inventory control and material organization. The training covers everything from receiving, storage, and handling activities to warehouse layout planning and standardization of records.
Among the topics studied are inventory replenishment methods, calculation of the economic order quantity (EOQ), ABC/XYZ classification, execution of physical and cyclical inventories, as well as the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and support systems such as WMS and CDRF. Therefore, the course offers a practical and applied view of materials management and warehouse efficiency
Objective of the Warehouse Management Course
This course will present techniques and activities developed in inventory management and material handling that will increase competitiveness, provide better services to internal and external clients, and reduce costs in your warehouse.

- Over thirty years of experience in the areas of Logistics, Purchasing, Production Planning and Control (PPC), Administration, Controlling, and implementation of Integrated Enterprise Management Systems (ERP), working in large and medium-sized national and multinational companies.
- Business consultant and professor since 2003, he works in the areas of Purchasing, Cost Control, Logistics in Production Planning and Control, Administration and Control of Materials, Distribution and Transportation, and Business Management, and provides consulting services in the acquisition and implementation of ERP software, with knowledge of various software offered on the market.
