Shopee aglobal e-commerce platform belonging to the Sea Group, is now accepting applications for its new trainee program, the Graduate Development Program. The initiative will hire at least eight young professionals to work in São Paulo (SP), under a CLT contract (Brazilian labor law) with a hybrid work model. Eligible candidates must have graduated between December 2023 and December 2025 in various bachelor's and licentiate degree programs. Fluency in English is required.

Credit: The Credit Team enables and drives innovation, offering a range of financial products and services to individuals and SMEs throughout the region.
Business Development: The Business Development team connects Shopee with sellers, focusing on attracting, supporting, and growing them on the platform, strengthening relationships, and boosting their businesses.
Marketing: The Marketing team drives Shopee's visibility and strengthens relationships with users by conducting market strategies and campaigns across various channels, from online to offline.
Operations: The Operations team ensures the efficiency of after-sales service, managing payments, refunds, customer support, ad quality, and fraud control, in addition to seeking continuous improvements in the user experience.
Logistics: The Logistics team optimizes the collection and delivery of products in Brazil, operating with its own infrastructure and partners to guarantee an agile, competitive, and comprehensive ecosystem, reaching every postal code in Brazil.
The Shoppe trainee program lasts up to two years and is a full-time employment contract under the CLT (Brazilian labor law) regime.
