Yalo, an intelligent sales platform with Artificial Intelligence agents, recorded over R$ 30 million in total sales volume transacted via WhatsApp in Brazil in just 7 days during the Black Friday period.
The value corresponds exclusively to transactions carried out within the Yalo platform, involving personalized campaigns enhanced by artificial intelligence, conducted by major brands in the industry and retail sectors, which use the company's conversational technology to scale their sales operations. Currently, the company serves brands such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola Femsa, Kellanova, Colgate, Mondelez, and The Magnum Company, as well as regional distributors and industries.
The result consolidates WhatsApp as one of the main sales channels for Brazilian retail and reinforces the strength of AI-driven conversational commerce, a model in which Yalo is already a global benchmark, connecting industries, distributors, and retailers through intelligent agents.
“This result shows, in practice, how AI applied to conversational journeys has gone from being a trend to becoming a real revenue driver. Black Friday 2025 was a milestone in the maturity of this model in Brazil and for what is to come in 2026,” says Tiago Maldaner, Customer Success Manager Brazil at Yalo.
According to the company, the performance recorded during this period also reflects an important advance in the strategy adopted for Black Friday 2025, with greater use of AI agents for: active sales automation; personalization of offers at scale; predictive replenishment intelligence; and proactive engagement with retailers.
