A Woba, a subscription-based flexible office network, promotes Coworking Week every year, which is known as a free week for booking its flexible offices. In 2024, the action, which will take place from August 12th to 16th, will be different. Thinking about maintaining donations for Rio Grande do Sul, at a time when the state still needs help, the expectation is to raise more than 20 thousand reais in donations, together with its partners, based on space reservations made during the action period.
In recent actions, the idea has always been to make the spaces available to those who do not yet have access to Woba. The main difference this year is that reservations will only be for the network's customers, in a very simple dynamic: for each rental that Woba receives in its more than 2,000 spaces spread across the country, the coworking spaces will donate part of the value of that reservation and the startup commits to donating twice as much.
Furthermore, as another difference, previously the company only released appointments for shared spaces, now all reservations, such as meeting rooms and events, will also be counted.
“We know that Rio Grande do Sul is still experiencing difficulties and many places need to be rebuilt. Therefore, we continue with another strategy whose main objective is to help the state get back on its feet. We are sure that we will be able to raise a good amount, together with our partners, bringing more possibilities and hope to everyone who lives there”, highlights Marco Crespo, COO of Woba.
Currently, Woba receives thousands of reservations every month, in more than 300 cities across Brazil. To find out how to help, check out the list of some of the main flexible offices that can be used during this period:
