Objectives
This course is carefully designed to provide a comprehensive and practical understanding of investigations in reporting channels. Methodology
The course will be interactive, combining theory with practice through case studies, lectures, group discussions, investigation simulations and role-plays.The approach will be multidisciplinary, focusing both on legal aspects and on the best practices of complaint management.

Postdoctoral degree in Labor Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). PhD in information engineering, Artificial Intelligence, from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and PhD in Labor Law from the UBA. Master in Law from the University of Sao Paulo (USP). Professor of the disciplines: Data Protection and General Law from the Consortium of the INFV Foundation and Temporary Protection of the Vargas Foundation (Hyp). DPO exin Certified.
