The Transpes do Futuro Project is premised on putting into practice a series of strategies to modernize processes and further engage employees, generating purpose and the desire to be part of a legacy. As one of the steps of this project, partners Sandro, Alfonso and Tarsia Gonzalez bring the executive Roberto Senna to improve the team, chairing the Transpes Board of Directors.
Roberto brings with him 43 years of experience in heavy construction, telecommunications, popular housing, infrastructure, ports, prefabricated construction and shopping centers. Since 2012, he has been exclusively a Counselor, having been CEO of 3 companies and currently Chairman of the Board of 3 others, among them Jope ISB, consolidator of SPEs Inova - BH and Health-BH, PPPs of Social Infrastructure. Roberto is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Bahia with MBA from FGV and specializations by Whartonificatory School and University of California, Certified Counselor by the Brazilian Certified BRA and IBGC Corporate and IBGC Member.
Senna will also be invited to participate in the Transpes Strategic Planning process, led by Tarsia Gonzalez, and which is in charge of the company ADIGO, more than 35 years of market and a list of successful cases. The process has already entered the feedback phase, so that it is possible to start the necessary changes towards another decade of great results.
