Bitcoin.com.br is launched by OranjeBTC with the aim of being the largest Bitcoin hub in Brazil

A OranjeBTC S.A. (B3: OBTC3), the largest listed company in Latin America 100% dedicated to Bitcoin, launches today the bitcoin.com.br, a digital platform that aims to be the largest Bitcoin hub in Brazil.  

The new website brings together, in one place, a marketplace with companies and products from the ecosystem, news, network data, calculators and the largest Bitcoin Wiki in Portuguese, integrating companies, experts and events that build this market in the country. 

O bitcoin.com.br is also born as an extension of the education mandate of OranjeBTC, a company that maintains the largest Bitcoin treasury in Brazil and one of the 25 largest in the world. The proposal is to offer, on a single platform, everything from daily market monitoring to a complete learning trail about the asset, from introduction to the topic to advanced technical concepts.

The portal's Marketplace brings together dozens of companies, products and services linked to the Bitcoin universe, with established names such as Beep e Follow the Money, in addition to accounting solutions specialized in cryptoassets and companies that accept payments in Bitcoin, such as Dogma Brewery and furniture e-commerce Homedock, d among other companies. 

Wiki: the largest encyclopedia about Bitcoin in Portuguese 

The hub also houses a collaborative wiki with dozens of articles ranging from the history of money and Satoshi Nakamoto's whitepaper to technical topics such as mining, Lightning Network, SegWit and Taproot, including security, self-custody, taxation and regulation in Brazil, with content designed to cater to beginners and experts on the topic. 

Bitcoin Ecosystem Events Calendar 

Another tool available on the portal is the events page, which features the main conferences and meetups about Bitcoin, finance and libertarianism in Brazil. Among the highlights on the platform is the Blockchain.RIO, an event that brings together financial market, regulators and digital infrastructure leaders to discuss the next generation of financial systems. Scheduled for the 11th, 12th and 13th of August, in Rio de Janeiro, the in-person event is expected to bring together more than 20 thousand participants. 

Calculators to plan the Bitcoin journey 

The hub also provides a set of calculators designed for those who want to simulate scenarios and make more informed decisions about Bitcoin. Among the tools are the BTC Plan, which helps the user to set asset accumulation goals; the retirement calculator, focused on long-term planning with Bitcoin; and a real-time Bitcoin converter, with quotes in reais, dollars and satoshis.

Bitcoin.com.br also has a news aggregator that brings together content from the main vehicles in the crypto universe, covering everything from news about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to the macroeconomic context that influences the market, such as interest rates, exchange rates and Ibovespa movements. The curation allows the reader to follow, in a single place, both the technical and regulatory developments in the sector and their impact on the Brazilian and global economy.

The portal also offers artificial intelligence trained to answer questions about the Bitcoin universe, called “Mr. Toshi“. The tool allows any visitor to ask questions in natural language, about technical concepts, network functioning, self-custody or the market, for example, and receive answers directly on the platform, reinforcing the educational nature of the hub.
