Federal Express Corporation, a transportation company, announced Camila Lima as its new vice president of Operations in Brazil. She is responsible for leading the planning and strategic definitions of the company, as well as managing all Brazilian operations, including logistics services and national and international road and air transport.
Camila has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation sector, where she started as an intern. In 2012, she joined FedEx when the company acquired Cometa Speed.Since then, she served as senior manager of domestic service Operations until being promoted to the director of TMO (Transactional Management Office) for integration with TNT. Before taking over the vice presidency of Operations, Camila held the position of Planning & Engineering director, responsible for the Property, Fleet and Engineering departments.
She is also strongly involved in diversity, equity, inclusion and opportunity (DEI&O), being the chair of the FedEx DEI&O committee in Brazil and the leader of the gender affinity group.

Camila holds a degree in Business Administration from the State University of Pernambuco and an MBA in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, updated by the International Business Program of the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
