Patricia Punder, lawyer and compliance officer with international experience. Professor of Compliance in the post-MBA of USFSCAR and LEC Legal Ethics and Compliance (SP). One of the authors of the “Manual of Compliance, launched by LEC in 2019 and Compliance 2020 Manual. With solid experience in Brazil and Latin America, Patricia has expertise in the implementation of Governance and Compliance Programs, LGPD, ESG, training; strategic analysis of risk assessment and management, management in the conduct of corporate crises (ACDECJ and investigations), CADECJ Justice and SECU (secution).
