Sankhya announces 11th acquisition and expands EIP platform portfolio

Sankhya, one of the leading management solutions providers in Brazil, announces the acquisition of Magis5, a solution that centralizes and automates the management of products, orders and customers in more than 60 integrations in the main marketplaces and virtual stores.This is the 11th company to compose the Sankhya platform, which connects data, people and technologies, offering predictive, collaborative and complete management.

Magis5 is a hub that optimizes all online retail flows on sites such as Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu and Shopee, unifying sales, inventory, banknote issuance and shipping management.With about 110 employees, the company generated more than 100 million customer orders, which surpassed the R$10 billion transacted by the platform in 2025.

The investee will make a native integration with the main products of Sankhya, from the core product of ERP to TMS (Lincros), ASIS (Tax Management), Ploomes (CRM) and Flowbiz (Marketing Automation). Sankhya also has Vixting (Occupational Health), Espresso (Corporate Expenses), PontoTel (Point Control), Mindsight (Talent Management), Neppo (Automated Service) and Meetime (Sales Engagement).

Sankhya is expected to invest more than R$200 million in new acquisitions, always seeking to bring complementary companies to its business.

“In addition to organic growth, mergers and acquisitions are a central pillar of Sankhya's expansion strategy, which has multiplied its monthly recurring revenue by more than eight times in the last five years.Now, with AI, Deploy and new solutions, the goal is to further accelerate this” growth, says Andre Britto, CFO at Sankhya.
