The adoption of Artificial Intelligence in Brazil has just gained a new accelerator. Distrito, a platform known for its work in digital transformation and open innovation, announced a strategic partnership with ElevenLabs, a global leader in voice and audio technologies. The goal of the union is to professionalize and expand the use of voice agents (Voice AI) in the national corporate environment.
The collaboration aims to solve a common bottleneck in the implementation of new technologies: the gap between the raw tool and its practical application in the business. To this end, the project will utilize the structure of AI Factory — an engineering and design arm focused on prototyping and scaling — to implement ElevenLabs' speech synthesis solutions.
Voice as infrastructure, not just a feature
For Gustavo Araujo, co-founder and CEO of Distrito, voice is ceasing to be an accessory resource and becoming a fundamental layer of interaction between brands and consumers.
“More than a technological trend, we understand voice as a new layer of intelligent interaction that should be part of companies' daily lives. This partnership strengthens our ability to support clients in transforming processes, products, and experiences using AI in a responsible and impact-oriented way,” says the executive.
The idea is that ElevenLabs' technology provides the technical foundation (the "building blocks"), while Distrito handles the solution's architecture, ensuring that the implementation delivers a return on investment (ROI) and is not merely experimental.
Training and Governance
One of the key differentiators of the agreement is its focus on technical training. Distrito's teams will undergo continuous training conducted by ElevenLabs specialists. The program covers everything from global best practices in AI engineering to rigorous security and governance —critical points for large corporations that fear the misuse of data or failures in automated communication.
Brunno Santos, General Manager of ElevenLabs in Brazil, emphasizes that the partnership is the necessary bridge between software and market strategy.
“We see strategic partners, like Distrito, as true multipliers. By combining ElevenLabs' technology with AI Factory's consulting expertise, we create the ideal conditions for companies to advance quickly, but without sacrificing responsibility and technical security,” comments Santos.
The next step for AI in Brazil
This initiative comes at a time when the Brazilian market is seeking digital maturity. The integration of voice agents capable of conversing naturally allows for complex automations, from customer service (Customer Experience) to internal HR and sales processes.
The partnership promises to provide Brazilian companies with frameworks for experimentation and scalability, positioning voice as a tool for global competitiveness. "At Distrito, we understand that all technological evolution only makes sense when it generates concrete value for people, processes, and businesses," concludes Araujo.
