GlobalSign and KeySec Form Partnership to Enhance Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategies

GMO GlobalSign, Inc., a global Certificate Authority (CA) and provider of identity security, digital signature, and IoT solutions, announced a new partnership with KeySec, a digital security company with a broad client portfolio. The main objective of this collaboration is to offer a range of GlobalSign Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) products and solutions tailored to the needs of organizations seeking to enhance their cybersecurity strategies and consolidate the trust and credibility of their services.

The partnership comes at a crucial time for the global Certificate Authority market. According to Mordor Intelligence's "Global Certificate Authority Market (2024-2029)" report, vendor collaborations are driving continuous innovation and offering future-proof digital security alternatives. The report also highlights the rise in hacker attacks, data breaches, and identity theft, which has made internet users more aware of the importance of protecting their online activities.

“We are pleased to establish another national partnership to offer solutions that seek to refine and strengthen organizations' cybersecurity measures. This shows not only how we have kept pace with the sector, but also reflects how Brazil has become more aware of the need to invest in the best tools to prevent system intrusions and data leaks,” says Luiza Dias, CEO of GMO GlobalSign Brazil.

Aline Toschi, CEO of KeySec, also commented on the importance of the partnership: “We are very pleased to establish this partnership with GMO GlobalSign because we value offering high-level services to our clients, with the best cost-benefit ratio. The great differentiator is, in fact, the performance of the technical support, which will have even more agility and effectiveness in its service.”.

The partnership encompasses two key aspects: the Customized Certification Authority (CA), where the issued certificates are part of GlobalSign's security chain but bear the partner's own brand, and specialized technical support. With both companies based in Brazil, customer service at all stages of the process becomes easier and more efficient, providing clients with agile and effective technical support.

Aline Toschi revealed that, although activities are initially focused on Brazil, there are expectations of expansion to other Latin American countries and various industries. “One of the main sectors we serve today is finance. We know the potential surrounding this and believe that joining forces with GMO GlobalSign can propel us into other markets,” stated Toschi.

The partnership between GlobalSign and KeySec represents a significant step in improving cybersecurity strategies for companies, offering advanced solutions and specialized technical support. With this collaboration, Brazilian companies will be better equipped to face the growing challenges of digital security, protecting data and ensuring user trust.
