In a market where WhatsApp has become the primary channel for brand-consumer relationships in Brazil, being the preferred choice of nine out of ten consumers, HelenaCRM – a conversational platform that integrates CRM, customer service, and automation via WhatsApp – announces its new launch.
Imagine an operation supported by a veritable army of artificial intelligences. Now imagine coordinating all these agents quickly, efficiently, and responsibly. This is precisely the logic that is beginning to gain traction in companies' customer service, sales, and relationship strategies, with the capacity to coordinate multiple agents.
It is in this context that Helena created the AI Supervisor. This new layer of intelligence was developed to coordinate multiple agents in a single operation encompassing customer service, sales, and relationship management.

Guilherme Rocha, founder and CEO of the company, explains that, instead of relying on a single Agent trying to do everything, the new technology acts as an intelligent orchestrator. “The AI Supervisor analyzes each customer message, understands the context of the conversation, and decides, in real time, which AI agent should handle that interaction, whether it's sales, support, billing, scheduling, or retention. And, when necessary, the Supervisor also escalates the interaction to a human, ensuring that complex situations don't get stuck in automated workflows.”
In practice, this transforms customer service into something much more like a real business operation, where different specialists work together under central coordination, which has become important as companies begin to operate dozens or hundreds of AI agents simultaneously, highlights Guilherme Rocha.
The launch comes at a time when the use of digital channels has exploded in the country. According to Statista, WhatsApp is already present on virtually all Brazilian smartphones, with more than 140 million active users, making it the main interface between companies and consumers. According to market reports on AI in Customer Service, around 80% of global companies are using or planning to use artificial intelligence in customer service by 2026.
At the same time, market studies indicate that operations that adopt intelligent agents can reduce costs by up to 30%, in addition to speeding up responses and increasing conversion rates.
“We are talking about a new customer service management architecture, capable of interpreting intentions, distributing tasks among specialized agents, and ensuring that each interaction follows the best possible flow, whether with AI or humans,” says Rocha.
According to him, the HelenaCRM Supervisor functions as an operational brain. Connected to the CRM, it interprets each incoming message, assesses the stage of the customer journey, and decides, in real time, how to proceed. In the same conversation, the customer can speak with a sales agent, then be directed to a support agent, and then to a collections or scheduling agent, all without noticing any technical transitions.
“The Supervisor is the one who ensures the efficiency of the service, providing context for the team of agents,” explains Rocha. “The Supervisor is the one who ensures the efficiency of the service, maintaining the context for the team of agents. He creates governance, prioritization, and intelligence. He is what transforms several scattered agents into a real operation,” he adds.
If the AI detects a sensitive situation, a complex negotiation, or an exception, the Supervisor automatically transfers the conversation to a human agent, who already has all the context structured in the CRM.
In fact, this is a major differentiator of HelenaCRM: native agents integrated into the operation. It's possible to create, edit, and update fields and records during the conversation, as well as trigger integrations with other systems such as ERPs, financial platforms, billing systems, or real-time scheduling. "Our AI doesn't just converse, it executes," emphasizes the CEO. "If the customer requests a duplicate copy, the agent doesn't respond with text: they search, generate, send, and update the CRM. This completely changes productivity.".
Helena's CEO further explains that this model — specialized agents coordinated by a Supervisor — is being referred to in the market as "AI agent agencies," one of the biggest global trends in corporate technology. Instead of generic AI, companies are now operating complete and specialized digital teams for sales, support, collections, retention, and after-sales service, all automated and integrated.
“What we are launching now is the infrastructure for this,” says Rocha. “Without a Supervisor, the agents became isolated entities. With one, they became a digital company operating 24 hours a day,” says Rocha. According to Gartner, by 2026, approximately 20% of the service volume will be handled by automated devices that interact directly with support systems.
Furthermore, the platform is compatible with different language models, such as GPT-40 and Anthropic, giving companies the freedom to choose the technology best suited to each use case.
At HelenaCRM, this model is already being used for intelligent lead qualification; automatic scheduling of services and meetings; initial billing and negotiation; cart and proposal recovery; satisfaction and feedback surveys; and customer retention and reactivation. Everything is recorded, organized, and actionable within the CRM.
