MadeiraMadeira, the largest home and decoration platform in Latin America, inaugurated its new distribution center (DC) this week in Ribeirão Preto/SP. With 2,600 m² of operational area, the unit represents an investment of approximately R$ 600,000 and is part of the company's ongoing plan to expand its logistics network.
The move follows the performance of the interior of São Paulo state, a region that has recorded above-average growth rates and gained significant importance in the company's results. The new distribution center should expand MadeiraMadeira's delivery capacity throughout the region, with a service radius of 110 km from Ribeirão Preto, covering the area from São Carlos to Franca.
“Logistics is what transforms MadeiraMadeira's promise into reality for the customer. With the new distribution center in Ribeirão Preto, we are expanding our presence in a strategic region of the interior of São Paulo and reinforcing our ability to deliver with greater speed and reliability to those who buy from us. This move is part of a continuous expansion plan and reflects the company's commitment to building a logistics network that matches the growth of the business,” reinforces Fábio Fadel, COO of MadeiraMadeira.
The opening in Ribeirão Preto, however, is not an isolated move. In the coming months, MadeiraMadeira plans to open a new distribution center in São José do Rio Preto and expand its Jundiaí unit, both in São Paulo, increasing its area and operational capacity to better meet the demands of the interior of São Paulo state.
