Amazon sellers used FBA to deliver more than twice as many orders to customers across Brazil

Amazon sellers used FBA – Amazon Fulfillment – to deliver more than double the number of orders to customers across Brazil in the first quarter of 2026, compared to the same period of the previous year. With FBA – Amazon Fulfillment – independent sellers ship their products to Amazon, which stores, picks, packs, and ships those products on their behalf, as well as handling customer service and returns — so they can focus on growing their businesses while customers receive fast and reliable deliveries.

FBA is a powerful growth strategy for sellers,” says Virginia Pavin, Marketplace Director at Amazon Brazil. “With the continuous expansion of our logistics network, we are enabling sales partners to broaden their reach and offer increasingly faster and more efficient deliveries. The growth in units sold via FBA in the first quarter of 2026 proves that this service is a true engine of success, delivering more selection, speed, and convenience to millions of Brazilian customers, and greater visibility and new growth opportunities to sellers.”

Reinforcing this commitment, the company announced the launch of the "Comes from Amazon" program and the Amazon Ads Creative Suite artificial intelligence tool, designed to further optimize the seller's journey.

Data that reinforces Amazon's role as a driver of entrepreneurship

The reach of Amazon.com.br's sales partner network is evident in practice: 78% of sales made by partners are completed outside the seller's home state, demonstrating Amazon's ability to connect local businesses with customers throughout Brazil. With over 100,000 sales partners driving digitalization and business expansion across the country, Amazon.com.br helps sellers reach new customers and expand their businesses. Furthermore, Brazilian sellers can sell to other countries such as Germany, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy, highlighting the internationalization potential that Amazon offers.

While its reach expands internationally, demand in Brazil is keeping pace. According to NielsenIQ's Purchase Intention and Top of Mind research for the second quarter of 2026, 89.7% of respondents say they intend to make purchases in the next three months, and Amazon stands out as the most remembered store in 6 essential categories for online shopping: Electronics (28.9%), Computers (25.2%), Home Appliances (22.2%), Books (67%), Toys (27.6%), and Telephony (22.1%). This strong brand recall translates into greater visibility for the products of sales partners.

By connecting a diverse selection to millions of consumers across Brazil, Amazon enables each seller to reach new customers in a vast and diverse country,” explains Pavin. “Our goal is to serve our customers and help sellers succeed by providing businesses of all sizes with access to technology and our logistics infrastructure, allowing them to expand their reach from local to national and even international, boosting the economy and generating jobs throughout the country.

The results for sales partners are driven by a constantly expanding logistics infrastructure. Today, there are more than 300 logistics centers operated with Amazon technology in Brazil, distributed across all 26 states and the Federal District — more than 100 of which were opened in 2025 alone. In 2026, this pace intensified, with an average of three new centers opening per week, building a logistics network that allows sales partners to reach customers in any region of Brazil with speed and reliability.

New services to boost partner sales

The company announced the launch of initiatives aimed at further boosting the growth and efficiency of sellers. "Comes from Amazon" is a performance-based benefits program, inspired by successful international models, designed to attract new sellers to Amazon.com.br and encourage continuous improvement in customer experience metrics. The program rewards sellers with progressively more valuable benefits as they improve their performance in quarterly evaluations.

Another new feature is Creative Suite, a new free service integrated into the Amazon Ads console that uses artificial intelligence to help sellers create high-quality images and videos for their advertising campaigns. For example, a seller can upload a simple product photo, and Creative Suite will automatically generate lifestyle images showing the product in real-life settings, as well as short videos optimized for ad placements—allowing SMEs to produce professional visual content without large budgets or specialized teams, optimizing campaign performance, increasing consumer confidence, and improving conversion rates.
