Auctioneer Training Course

Training of Contracting Agent and Auctioneer in accordance with the New Bidding Law (Law 14,133/2022) and the Recent Normative Instruction 73 of September 30, 2022

Presentation

In October 2019, we had the publication of the new decree that began to regulate electronic auctions, Decree 10.024/2019. Subsequently, we had the new bidding law that presents new procedures, both for the Competition modality and for the Auction. The new law also determines that there must be a Contracting Agent, who in the case of auctions will be called auctioneer. In view of these aspects, it is of fundamental importance that the employees responsible for these duties are aware of the new changes introduced by the new law and, very recently, by IN 73/2022. The course, in addition to presenting the new changes, will deal with important aspects of the day-to-day life of public servants in bidding processes, such as the issue of qualification analysis, what to charge, unenforceable price, among other situations.

Target audience

Employees who will perform the duties of contracting agent and auctioneer, employees of the legal department, purchase requests from others involved in the bidding process.

• She worked as a Portuguese Language Teacher in high school in state schools, as well as in a permanent position in municipal schools.
