FedEx announces Camila Lima as Vice President of Operations in Brazil

Federal Express Corporation, a transportation company, announced Camila Lima as its new Vice President of Operations in Brazil. She will be responsible for leading the company's strategic planning and decisions, as well as managing all Brazilian operations, including national and international road and air transport logistics services. 

Camila has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, where she began as an intern. In 2012, she joined FedEx when the company acquired Rapidão Cometa. Since then, she has served as Senior Operations Manager for the domestic service until being promoted to Director of TMO (Transactional Management Office) for integration with TNT. Before assuming the Vice Presidency of Operations, Camila held the position of Director of Planning & Engineering, responsible for the Property, Fleet, and Engineering departments.

The executive is also heavily involved in diversity, equity, inclusion, and opportunity (DEI&O) issues, serving as chair of FedEx's DEI&O committee in Brazil and leader of the gender affinity group.

Camila holds a degree in Business Administration from the State University of Pernambuco and an MBA in Project Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, with further training through the International Business Program at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
