Marketing 4.0 — Versão Exclusiva Amazon
“No one better qualified than the father of marketing to document the enormous changes taking place. The future of marketing is digital, and this is your guide.”
— Al Ries, coauthor of Marketing Warfare and Positioning

Philip Kotler is one of the most respected names in Marketing and lives up to his name in Marketing 4.0. The book, which took 6 years to write, also has several collaborators and co-authors who helped Kotler with market research and analysis.
The title tells about the advances and trends in Marketing, still based on 3.0, but now in a digital and globalized economy in a transition between physical and virtual. Topics include:
-The paradox between digital and virtual coexisting;
-How digital tribes influence leads’ opinions and purchasing decisions
-The consumer’s paths through the 5 As;
– Content Marketing
The book has excellent approaches with easy-to-understand explanations and real examples that give greater authority to the theory, making it possible for people who are not so familiar with Marketing to understand the ideas in the book, with good divisions, with one to explain and exemplify, another with paths for applications and at the end of the chapters questions to reflect on the topic.
In short, good reading to follow market trends, it is advisable to read Marketing 3.0 in advance, but nothing mandatory that compromises understanding, and there are still spaces to delve deeper into the topics covered.

I really liked it, it came well packaged
It's worth buying a used book, it just has to be as well maintained as this one. 🙂
